Bioethanol High Purity 100%
Bio ethanol 100% for table fireplaces
Our 100% bioethanol is of particularly high quality, it is produced by completely dehydrating the 96.6% premium bioethanol. This results in a maximum alcohol concentration. What does this mean? Read on:
What do I have to consider if I want to use 100% bioethanol?
More heat is generated during combustion - no residues remain in the combustion container and no odors are produced. However, the 100% high-purity bioethanol burns faster than the 96.6% premium bioethanol.
Since the flame can also be hotter and higher, not all ethanol fireplaces are suitable for use. We only recommend combustion chambers/fuel boxes made of stainless steel. In addition, the fireplace must not have any superstructure/structure above the flame. If you are unsure, ask your fireplace manufacturer.
OUR TIP FOR YOUR SAFETY
To ensure that your fuel is used properly, we recommend that you use a stick lighter. If possible, allow all of the liquid bioethanol in the combustion chamber to burn out each time you use it. This will prevent ethanol vapors from escaping into the air. If there are any residues, make sure that the liquid has cooled down and that there is no flame, no matter how small, before relighting.
Avoid the risk of a deflagration by waving the fire vigorously to disperse any fumes that may still be in the fireplace casing before re-igniting the fuel. Ventilate regularly. Optimum storage temperature: 10°C - 20°C.
Application of bioethanol in 3D printers
Bioethanol is used to dissolve support structures from certain filaments (only for printers with multiple extruders)
